From start to finish, the service was great. The two guys who were here were very polite and cleaned the area after they finished. We have been dealing with this company for 24 years. This is my 1st experience with MacKay heating . After my regular service company responded , in late October , to my request to perform my annual furnace maintenance service in November . Sorry , we have not started to book November yet was the response . This was the same company I purchased my new furnace from 3 years ago , and this year measured up for a new Air Conditioner and never provided a price . ‘ HOW DO SOME COMPANIES STAY IN BUSINESS ?
