From start to finish, the service was great. The two guys who were here were very polite and cleaned the area after they finished. We have been dealing with this company for 24 years. They installed our first furnace in 2001 and have maintained the furnace all throughout this period. I will recommend them again and again.

The folks at MacKay heating and cooling are friendly, professional, prompt and go out of their way to get to you quickly and resolve problems. This is my 1st experience with MacKay heating . After my regular service company responded , in late October , to my request to perform my annual furnace maintenance service in November . Sorry , we have not started to book November yet was the response . This was the same company I purchased my new furnace from 3 years ago , and this year measured up for a new Air Conditioner and never provided a price . ‘ HOW DO SOME COMPANIES STAY IN BUSINESS ?
