“ Hi tyler M.
Peggy, the Customer who phoned you after hours on the weekend wanted me to let you know just how very happy she was to reach you on SATURDAY!! I was just making calls to fill the schedule with MAINTENANCES, and she caught me off guard with the after-hours call!!
She said that it was so amazing to reach someone right away and she said it was so great to reach someone so nice!!! She was very worried about the water rising in her yard on Saturday, during that rainstorm we had, and she didn’t know whether she should be worried about the water going into the outdoor unit, etc, as the water level was at the bottom of her door. She went on to say that we’re all dealing with so much in life and then you can’t ever reach anyone when you try. She’s in her 80s’ and was thrilled to reach you so quickly. She also said that you told her she could call back if she had any other questions, etc. and that truly meant the world to her. Thanks for being so attentive and in such a timely manner. I have so many people tell me EACH WEEK; how nice it is to reach a human being so quickly and how nice it is to not have to go through automated BS!!!! Keep up the amazing work everyone, we truly are an amzing team working for an AMAZING COMPANY!! I love it when we come out on top and shine like the DIAMOND we are”””

When other companies say they monitor AFTER HOUR EMERGENCIES and or do not go to the calls? We do!! We have for 57 years !!!!!! TRUE EMERGENCIES NEED TRUE companies!!! We are here for you!!! THANKING My INCREDIBLE talent for the 30 years I have been watching them go!!
